指南制订的目的: 人工智能、大模型技术的飞速发展给医学临床实践带来了新的变革。国内外有许多研究及临床实践已经开始了智能全科医生领域的研究及临床实践探索。全科医生是医疗卫生系统面对健康需求服务者及患者的“守门人”。什么是智能全科医生,它的内涵、核心特征、服务内容、临床应用范围、注意事项等方面亟需形成相关专家共识,以便更好开展智能全科医生的科学临床实践。在此背景下,清华大学联合北京大学的全科医学、公共卫生、循证医学、人工智能等多学科专家团队,在广泛检索国内外文献的基础上,经过多轮专家研讨,最终形成《智能全科医生专家共识》,以期为智能科技赋能全科医生临床实践提供科学指南参考。
Purpose of the guideline: The rapid development of artificial intelligence and large-scale model technologies has brought new transformations to medical clinical practice. Numerous studies and clinical practices, both domestically and internationally, have already begun exploring the field of intelligent general practitioners. General practitioners serve as the "gatekeepers" of healthcare systems, catering to the needs of patients and those seeking health services. There is an urgent need to establish an expert consensus on what constitutes an intelligent general practitioner, including its definition, core characteristics, scope of services, clinical application areas, and key considerations, to facilitate the scientific clinical practice of intelligent general practitioners. Against this backdrop, Tsinghua University, in collaboration with Peking University, brought together a multidisciplinary team of experts in general practice, public health, evidence-based medicine, and artificial intelligence. Based on an extensive review of domestic and international literature and after multiple rounds of expert discussions, they ultimately developed the "Expert Consensus on Intelligent General Practitioners," aiming to provide a scientific guide for enhancing clinical practice for general practitioners through intelligent technology.
