| 指南制订的目的： | 神经根型颈椎病是颈椎病中最常见的一种类型，该类疾病临床以非手术治疗为主，中医药尤其中医手法作为治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效疗法，具有独特的治疗优势，被国内外学者广泛认可。尽管国内已发布神经根型颈椎病中医诊疗指南，但由于时间限制，之前的指南已无法很好地指导医生开展临床实践工作。随着近年来患者大量增加及临床研究广泛开展，制定最新的基于循证的神经根型颈椎病中医临床诊疗指南意义重大。本指南在已发布神经根型颈椎病中医诊疗指南（ZYYXH/T409-2012）的基础上进行修订，更新神经根型颈椎病部分治疗措施的推荐意见和证据分级等。本指南旨在为相关临床医生和从业人员提供诊疗指导和参考，以更好的指导神经根型颈椎病防治及优势疗法的推广应用。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Cervical radiculopathy (CR) is the most common type of cervical spondylosis and conservative treatment is the mainly treatment of this type of disease. As an effective treatment for radiculopathy of CR, Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), especially Chinese manipulation, has unique therapeutic advantages and widely recognized by scholars at home and abroad. Although domestic guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical radiculopathy have been issued, the previous guidelines already cannot guide doctors in clinical practice effectively due to time constraints. With the massive increase in patients in recent years and the extensive development of clinical research, it is significance to formulate a new evidence-based guidelines for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CR. This guideline is revised on the published guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical radiculopathy (ZYYXH/T409-2012) and updates the recommendations and classification of evidence for some treatment measures for CR. This guideline aims to provide guidance and reference about diagnosis and treatment of CR for relevant clinicians and practitioners and guide the prevention and treatment of this disease and the promotion and application of superior therapies better in future. |
