| 指南制订的目的： | 社区获得性肺炎（CAP）常首诊于急诊。调查显示，大部分CAP患者在急诊科进行初始诊断和治疗。然而，各级医院急诊对于CAP的诊治能力、方案等差异较大，从而导致治疗效果存在一定差别。2015年中国医师协会急诊医师分会牵头制订了《中国急诊社区获得性肺炎临床实践指南》，对各级医院急诊CAP的诊治起到了良好的指导作用。近年来，国内外在CAP诊断与治疗方面均有一定的进展，为更好地指导各地急诊CAP的诊治，本指南编写组对2015年指南进行更新和修订。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | The initial diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) often occur in the emergency department. However, there are variations in the capabilities and treatment protocols for CAP across hospitals at different levels, resulting in varying treatment outcomes. In 2015, the Chinese Association of Emergency Physicians spearheaded the development of "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Emergency Community-acquired Pneumonia in China," which has played a significant guiding role in diagnosing and treating emergency CAP across all hospital levels. In recent years, there have been advancements both domestically and internationally regarding the diagnosis and treatment of CAP. To provide better guidance for diagnosing and treating emergency CAP in different regions, this guideline compilation group has updated and revised the 2015 guidelines. |
