| 指南制订的目的： | 儿童暴发性心肌炎是儿童心肌炎中最严重的类型，急骤起病，进展迅速，死亡率高。故暴发性心肌炎的早期诊断及治疗对改善预后至关重要。目前我国尚无针对儿童暴发性心肌炎规范化的诊断与治疗专家共识。因此，我们联合国内相关领域专家制定本共识，以期为各级临床医师提供规范的诊疗方案，提高我国儿童暴发性心肌炎的救治水平。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Fulminant myocarditis in children is the most serious type of childhood myocarditis, with sudden onset, rapid progression and high mortality. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of fulminant carditis is very important to improve the prognosis. At present, there is no standardized diagnosis and treatment consensus for fulminant myocarditis in children. So, we gathered domestic experts in relevant fields to write this consensus in order to provide standardized diagnosis and treatment guidance for clinicians and improve the treatment level of fulminant myocarditis in children in China. |
