| Purpose of the guideline: | Fulminant myocarditis in children is the most serious type of childhood myocarditis, with sudden onset, rapid progression and high mortality. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of fulminant carditis is very important to improve the prognosis. At present, there is no standardized diagnosis and treatment consensus for fulminant myocarditis in children. So, we gathered domestic experts in relevant fields to write this consensus in order to provide standardized diagnosis and treatment guidance for clinicians and improve the treatment level of fulminant myocarditis in children in China. |
