指南制订的目的: 《中国心血管健康与疾病报告2019》中指出,心血管病死亡占城乡居民总死亡原因的首位。血脂异常为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)发生发展中最主要的致病性危险因素。营养干预在高脂血症治疗中起着不可或缺的基石作用。合理的营养干预策略,对改善患者临床结局、减轻卫生经济负担至关重要。为此,我们组织制定本专家共识指导临床医护人员防治血脂异常,降低ASCVD的发生和发展。
Purpose of the guideline: According to report on cardiovascular health and diseases in China 2019,cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in both urban and rural areas. Dyslipidemia is the most important pathogenic risk factor in the development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Nutritional intervention plays an indispensable role in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Reasonable nutrition intervention strategy is very important to improve the clinical outcome of patients and reduce the economic burden of health. Therefore, we organized and developed this expert consensus to guide clinical medical staff to prevent and treat dyslipidemia and reduce the occurrence and development of ASCVD.
