指南制订的目的: 高能量损伤是多种高危因素产生过量动能所造成的机体损伤。近年来,随着车祸、高坠及爆炸导致严重的四肢高能量冲击伤事件频发,影像技术发展的不断进步,四肢创伤系统性评估对于指导临床干预及改善预后恢复中发挥重要作用。为了进一步指导影像学在高能量四肢创伤的临床评估,我们组织我国影像学等相关领域专家编撰本共识,以提升影像学分析和分级评价在高能量四肢创伤事件的规范性应用
Purpose of the guideline: High-energy injuries are bodily injuries caused by excessive kinetic energy generated by various high-risk factors. In recent years, with the increasing frequency of severe high-energy limb injuries resulting from car accidents, falls from heights, and explosions, the continuous advancement of imaging technologies has played a significant role in the systematic assessment of limb trauma, guiding clinical interventions and improving recovery outcomes. To further guide the clinical evaluation of imaging in high-energy limb trauma, experts in radiology and related fields in China have collaborated to develop this consensus, aiming to enhance the standardized application of imaging analysis and graded assessment in high-energy limb trauma events.
