| 指南制订的目的： | 随着微创技术引入，腹腔镜辅助经肛门直肠结肠拖出手术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠症及其类缘病、多发结肠息肉病等得以快速应用。为进一步规范小儿腹腔镜经肛门拖出术方式选择和操作，由国家卫生健康委员会小儿内镜外科专家委员会和中国医师协会小儿外科医师分会就腹腔镜经肛门直肠结肠拖出术的适应证与禁忌证、手术设备与器械选择、手术基本原则及手术方式等方面内容制定《小儿腹腔镜经肛门直肠结肠拖出术操作指南（2024版）》。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | With the introduction of minimally invasive techniques, laparoscope-assisted transanorectal colonic pull-through has been furtherly applied for children with Hirschsprung's disease and its allied diseases or multiple polyposis etc. In order to further standardize the surgery of laparoscopic transanal colectomy in children, the Expert Committee of Pediatric Endoscopic Surgery of the National Health Commission and the Pediatric Surgeons Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association revised and updated the Guidelines for Pediatric Laparoscopic Transanorectal Colonic Pull-through (2024 edition) in terms of its indications and contraindications, selection of surgical equipment and instruments, basic principles and methods of procedure. |
