Purpose of the guideline: Cognitive decline and dementia is a current public health problem that seriously affects the quality of life, and imposes a heavy economic burden on patients' families and society. The clinical treatment effect of dementia is minimal, but changing the modifiable risk factors can effectively prevent the disease. This guideline systematically reviews and summarizes relevant evidence on the prevention of dementia and cognitive decline in the general population and high-risk groups, and forms a public guide for risk management, thereby guiding the prevention and control of cognitive decline and dementia.
