| 指南制订的目的： | 近年来，国际多个相关学会发布了针对SOT受者CMV感染的诊疗指南。参考中华医学会2016版《中国实体器官移植受者巨细胞病毒感染诊疗指南（2016版）》，2019年《器官移植受者巨细胞病毒感染临床诊疗规范（2019版）》和国际相关指南的更新内容，我们组织专家制订了《中国实体器官移植受者巨细胞病毒感染诊疗指南（2023版）》，以期为我国SOT术后CMV感染的规范化防治提供指导意见。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | In recent years, several relevant international societies have issued diagnostic and treatment guidelines for CMV infection in SOT recipients. Referring to the 2016 edition of the Chinese Medical Association's "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Chinese Solid Organ Transplant Recipients (2016 )", the 2019 "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Cytomegalovirus Infection in Organ Transplant Recipients (2019 )", and updated international guidelines, we have organized experts to develop the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Chinese Solid Organ Transplant Recipients (2023 ), To provide guidance for the standardized prevention and treatment of CMV infection after SOT surgery in China. |
