| 指南制订的目的： | 总结国内外现有高质量临床研究证据，并结合临床诊疗现状，制订出适合儿童良性食管狭窄诊治管理的临床实践指南。为管理食管狭窄患儿的各级医务人员提供合理的诊疗策略及规范化的诊疗流程，以期提高医疗服务效率及质量，减少患儿家长不必要花费，最终达到改善患儿预后及生活质量目的。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Based on the existing high quality clinical research evidence at home and abroad and the actual situation of diagnosis and treatment, we plan to formulate clinical practice guideline suitable for the diagnosis and treatment of benign oesophageal stenosis in children. The guideline will provide reasonable diagnosis and treatment strategies and standardize the procedures for medical staff at all levels to manage children with oesophageal stricture, in order to improving the efficiency and quality of medical services, reducing unnecessary costs for parents, and ultimately improve the prognosis and quality of life of children. |
