| 指南制订的目的： | 乳腺组织定位导丝和定位标记夹是一类可在影像引导下经皮穿刺标记定位乳腺原发病灶及腋窝转移淋巴的置入式定位装置，是开展精准功能性乳腺外科的重要工具。利用乳腺组织定位导丝和定位标记夹对乳腺及腋窝病灶精准定位，可以完整切除目标病灶，在保证肿瘤安全性的基础上减少对周围正常组织的损害。中华医学会外科学分会组织乳腺外科部分专家在文献复习和讨论基础上，参照GRADE系统对相关证据进行评价，在《中华医学会乳腺外科临床实践指南（2021版）：可视化经皮穿刺乳腺组织定位标记夹临床实践指南》基础上，结合国内外最新进展和国内临床实际对该指南进行更新，旨在为国内乳腺外科医师临床工作提供参考借鉴。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Breast tissue localization wire and localization marker clip are implantable positioning devices that can locate primary breast lesions and axillary lymph node metastases under imaging guidance through percutaneous puncture marking. They are important tools for carrying out precise functional breast surgery. By using breast tissue localization wire and localization marker clip for accurate localization of breast and axillary lesions, the target lesions can be completely removed while reducing damage to surrounding normal tissue on the basis of ensuring the safety of the tumor. Based on literature review and discussion, the Breast Surgery Section of the Chinese Medical Association organized experts to evaluate the relevant evidence according to the GRADE system. Combining with the latest domestic and foreign developments and clinical practices, the guidelines for clinical practice of visual percutaneous puncture breast tissue localization marker clip in the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Breast Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association (2021 edition) have been updated. The aim is to provide reference and guidance for domestic breast surgeons in clinical work. |
