| Purpose of the guideline： | high frequency ventilation has been widely used in neonates requiring mechanical ventilation in recent years. However, as a novel method, its application involves risks. Based on domestic and international evidence, we developed a guideline for the use of high frequency ventilation in neonatal respiratory support using the grading of recommendations for assessment, development and evaluation of evidence (GRADE) method, to help neonatal healthcare professionals standardize the use of volume target ventilation. |
