| 证据分级方法： | 采用 GRADE 系统作为评价的标准，证据质量评价如下，其中系统综述和随机对照试验作为高质量证据（视具体情况降级）；队列研究视为中等质量证据（视具体情况升级或降级）；病例对照研究和病例系列分析作为低质量证据；个别案例报告和专家意见列为极低质量证据。本指南不采用动物实验和体外实验结果作为证据。 证据等级 说明 高（A）：非常有把握,观察值接近真实值，，进一步研究也不会改变该干预措施评估结果的可信度。 中（B）：对观察值有中等把握；观察值有可能接近真实值，但也有可能差别很大；进一步研究很可能影响该干预措施评估结果的可信度，且可能改变该评估结果。 低（C）：对观察值的把握有限，观察值可能与真实值有很大差别；进一步研究极有可能影响该干预措施评估结果的可信度，且很有可能改变该评估结果。 极低（D）：对观察值几乎没有把握，观察值与真实值可能有极大差别；任何评估结果都很不确定。 |
| Evidence grading method： | The evaluation of evidence quality System reviews and randomized controlled trials are considered as high-quality evidence (degraded according to the specific situation). Cohort studies are considered as medium-quality evidence (upgraded or degraded as appropriate). Case control study and case series analysis are considered as low-quality evidence. Case reports and expert opinions are considered as very low-quality evidence. This guideline does not use the results of animal experiments and in vitro experiments as evidence. Level of evidence Strong (a): Have strong confidence that the observed value is close to the true value, and further research will not change the credibility of the evaluation results of the intervention. Moderate (b): Have medium confidence in the observed value. The observed value may be close to the real value, but it may also be different. Further research is likely to affect the credibility of the evaluation results of the intervention and may change the evaluation results. Weak (c): The assurance of the observed value is limited, and the observed value may be very different from the real value. Further research is likely to affect the credibility of the evaluation results of the intervention and is likely to change the evaluation results. Very weak (d): There is little assurance about the observed value, and there may be a great difference between the observed value and the real value. The outcome of any assessment is uncertain. |
