This consensus is based on the quality level of evidence-based medicine and the strength level of recommendation according to the system of assessment, development and evaluation of recommendation grading. Literature was searched and graded into 1-4 according to evidence, and recommendations were created and graded into two classes (Highly recommended/Generally recommended). |
