Purpose of the guideline: |
Accelerated rehabilitation after total knee replacement has received widespread attention and research in recent years. The 2023 version of the "Clinical Pathway for Accelerated Rehabilitation of Total Knee Replacement" covers various aspects such as preoperative preparation, postoperative pain management, and rehabilitation training, emphasizing the importance of early rehabilitation, including postoperative breathing exercises, ankle pumps, and gradual muscle strength training. However, there is currently a lack of expert consensus and guidance on specific rehabilitation measures for knee function recovery. Writing the "Expert Consensus on Accelerated Rehabilitation of Knee Function after Total Knee Replacement" can help improve postoperative knee function recovery and patients' quality of life. |
