Purpose of the guideline: At present, short-term hospitalization and outpatient rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients in China cannot fully meet their rehabilitation needs. Some stroke patients cannot receive continuous rehabilitation treatment after discharge, greatly reducing the rehabilitation effect. Remote rehabilitation is one of the ways to solve this problem. By reviewing clinical studies related to remote rehabilitation for stroke and combining the clinical experience of multidisciplinary experts, recommendations are provided on the appropriate population, process, quality control, and education and training for remote rehabilitation, providing reference for the selection of rehabilitation plans for stroke patients.
