| 指南制订的目的： | 米非司酮临床应用广泛，国内外已获批药物流产、流产手术前药物预处理、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、功能性子宫出血、胶质母细胞瘤和库欣综合征等多个适应症，但其用药剂量和用药时间缺乏系统的规范和指导，存在较大的安全性风险。为规范米非司酮在不同科室、不同疾病中的用药规范，确保患者的用药安全和有效性，改善患者预后，提高生活质量，根据临床实践指南的最新定义和世界卫生组织指南制订的方法学规范，通过系统的证据检索与评价并对前期调研的核心临床问题形成推荐意见，为米非司酮的规范化临床合理用药提供全面的技术支撑和使用建议。 |
