| 指南制订的目的： | 颅脑创伤相关凝血功能障碍高发，严重影响患者预后。颅脑创伤出血和凝血功能障碍管理仍然是神经外科医生临床实践中面临的巨大难题。然而，目前尚缺乏专门针对颅脑创伤相关凝血功能障碍管理的专家建议或共识。在此背景下，本共识组织国内神经外科、神经重症、重症医学以及血液科专家成立专家组，参考国内外相关领域最新的指南、共识和临床研究，制定《颅脑创伤相关凝血功能障碍诊治专家共识》，并通过改良德尔菲法征集专家建议，形成共识推荐意见，旨在帮助临床医生对这类患者做到早期识别、早期诊断和早期治疗，从而降低病死率。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | The incidence of coagulation dysfunction related to traumatic brain injury is high, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. The management of bleeding and coagulation dysfunction is still a huge challenge faced by neurosurgeons in clinical practice. However, there is currently a lack of expert advice or consensus specifically targeting the management of coagulation disorders related to traumatic brain injury. In this context, this consensus organizes domestic experts in neurosurgery, neurocritical care, critical care medicine, and hematology to establish an expert group. Referring to the latest guidelines, consensus, and clinical research in relevant fields, the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coagulation Dysfunction Related to Traumatic Brain Injury " is formulated, and expert suggestions are solicited through the improved Delphi method to form consensus recommendations, aiming to assist clinical doctors in early identification, diagnosis, and treatment of such patients, thereby reducing mortality rates. |
