Purpose of the guideline: The incidence of coagulation dysfunction related to traumatic brain injury is high, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. The management of bleeding and coagulation dysfunction is still a huge challenge faced by neurosurgeons in clinical practice. However, there is currently a lack of expert advice or consensus specifically targeting the management of coagulation disorders related to traumatic brain injury. In this context, this consensus organizes domestic experts in neurosurgery, neurocritical care, critical care medicine, and hematology to establish an expert group. Referring to the latest guidelines, consensus, and clinical research in relevant fields, the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coagulation Dysfunction Related to Traumatic Brain Injury " is formulated, and expert suggestions are solicited through the improved Delphi method to form consensus recommendations, aiming to assist clinical doctors in early identification, diagnosis, and treatment of such patients, thereby reducing mortality rates.
