| 指南制订的目的： | 重型颅脑创伤合并新冠病毒感染的患者，病情复杂且在治疗中存在诸多矛盾点，为该类患者的临床救治带来困难。2023年1月8日开始，新冠病毒感染正式纳入乙类传染病管理，自此，合并新冠病毒感染的重型颅脑创伤患者也相应增加。为保证该类患者临床治疗的规范性和安全性，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会重症医学分会和《中华创伤杂志》编辑委员会共同牵头，组建共识专家组，制定本专家共识。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Patients with severe traumatic brain injury and COVID-19 infection have complex conditions and many contradictions in the treatment, which brings difficulties to the clinical treatment. Since January 8, 2023, COVID-19 infection has been included in the management of Category B infectious diseases in China. Since then, the number of patients with severe traumatic brain injury combined with COVID-19 infection has increased correspondingly. In order to ensure the normalization and safety of clinical treatment for these patients, Critical Care Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Healthcare, and Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology jointly led the formation of a consensus expert group to formulate this expert consensus. |
