| 指南制订的目的： | 丛集性头痛程度剧烈，对人群的社会经济负担严重。在我国，其延误诊断时间超过5年的患者达54.2%，超过10年仍有25.8%，且治疗缺乏针对性。为规范临床医生对丛集性头痛的诊治，制定本专家共识。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Cluster headache is an excruciating primary headache disorder and has a huge burden on economy and society. In China, 54.2% of cluster headache sufferers were underdiagnosed for more than 5 years, and 25.8% were underdiagnosed for more than 10 years. The treatment was not targeted, too. This expert consensus was developed to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of cluster headache in China. |
