| 指南制订的目的： | 国外尚无关于冠状动脉杂交血运重建的指南和专家共识，国内自《中国冠状动脉杂交血运重建专家共识（2017版）》发表以来，越来越多的心脏中心开展了杂交血运重建手术，随着术者和/或心脏团队的经验累积和多项临床试验的开展，逐步形成具有中国特色的冠状动脉杂交血运重建专家共识。基于此，本共识编写专家组结合近十年的循证医学证据及国内外临床实践经验，对2017版进行更新，编写本共识，为今后推广和规范冠心病杂交血运重建提供参考和依据。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | here are no guidelines and expert consensus on coronary artery hybrid revascularization abroad. Since the publication of the Chinese expert consensus on coronary artery hybrid revascularization (2017 Edition), more and more heart centers in China have carried out hybrid revascularization surgery. With the accumulated experience of operators and / or heart teams and the development of a number of clinical trials, an expert consensus on coronary artery hybrid revascularization with Chinese characteristics has been gradually formed. Based on this, the expert group preparing this consensus, in combination with the evidence-based medicine evidence and clinical practice experience at home and abroad in recent ten years, updated the 2017 version and prepared this consensus to provide reference and basis for the promotion and standardization of hybrid revascularization of coronary heart disease in the future. |
