| 证据分级方法： | 针对系统评价和荟萃分析使用系统评价的方法学质量评价工具（Assessing Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews，AMSTAR）进行方法学质量评价。针对RCT使用Cochrane风险偏倚评价工具进行评价。针对观察性研究使用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表（Newcastle-Ottawa Scale，NOS）对相应类型的研究进行方法学质量评价。本指南采用推荐意见分级评估、制订及评价（Grading of Recommendations Assessment，Development and Evaluation，GRADE）方法（http://www.gradeworkinggroup.org/）对证据体的证据质量和推荐意见的推荐强度进行分级。 |
| Evidence grading method： | For systematic review and meta-analysis, the assessing methodological quality of systematic reviews (amstar) is used to evaluate the quality of methodology. The quality of RCT was evaluated using the Cochrane risk bias evaluation tool. For observational studies, Newcastle Ottawa scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the methodological quality of corresponding types of studies. This guide adopts the grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation (grade) method（ http://www.gradeworkinggroup.org/ ）Grade the evidence quality of the evidence body and the recommendation strength of the recommendation opinions. |

| 指南制订的目的： | 为解决并提升半月板损伤的分级诊疗能力，由甘肃省骨科质量控制中心牵头组织，甘肃省医学会骨科分会、甘肃省医学会运动医疗分会、甘肃省医师协会骨科分会、甘肃省骨科临床医学研究中心、甘肃省骨科 3D 打印工程研究中心、甘肃省智能骨科行业技术中心、甘肃省骨关节疾病研究重点实验室和国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心甘肃分中心共同协助，成立甘肃省半月板损伤诊疗专家共识编写委员会和专家组，专家组成员由甘肃省骨科、运动医学、康复医学、专科护理学的一线专家等联合组建，覆盖甘肃省大部分地市 （州） 的综合或专科医院。同时，也聘请该领域国内知名专家进行审查和评议。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | In order to solve and improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of meniscus injury, Gansu orthopaedic quality control center led the organization, and the orthopaedic branch of Gansu Medical Association, sports medical branch of Gansu Medical Association, orthopaedic branch of Gansu Medical Association, Gansu orthopaedic clinical medical research center, Gansu orthopaedic 3D printing engineering research center, Gansu intelligent orthopaedic industry technology center With the joint assistance of Gansu Provincial Key Laboratory of bone and joint diseases and Gansu Branch of National Orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation clinical medicine research center, a consensus Compilation Committee and expert group of experts on meniscus injury diagnosis and treatment in Gansu Province were established. The members of the expert group were jointly established by front-line experts in orthopaedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation medicine and specialized nursing in Gansu Province, covering general or specialized hospitals in most cities (prefectures) of Gansu Province. At the same time, well-known domestic experts in this field are also invited to review and comment. |
