| 指南制订的目的： | 腰椎间盘突出症是骨科临床常见病和多发病，大部分腰椎间盘突出症患者可通过非手术治疗改善症状或者体征，中医药治疗是非手术治疗的重要组成部分，广泛应用于临床实践。然而对于本病的诊治，既往国内外指南尚未提及对中医药治疗的证据分级和推荐意见，且国内该病中医辨证分型分期不统一、中医药治疗手段不规范、中医药优势疗法缺乏系统总结等问题凸显。因此，制定基于循证证据的腰椎间盘突出症中医临床诊疗指南具有重要的意义。本指南旨在为相关临床医生和从业人员提供诊疗指导和参考，为本病的临床精准防治及中医药优势疗法的国际化推广应用提供科学的参考依据。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is a common and frequently encountered disease in orthopedics. Most patients with LDH can improve symptoms or signs through conservative treatment. TCM treatment is an important part of conservative treatment and is widely used in clinical practice. However, for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease, the previous domestic and foreign guidelines have not mentioned the evidence classification and recommendations for TCM treatment. Meanwhile, the differentiation and staging about TCM syndrome in domestic guidelines are not uniform, the TCM treatment methods are not standardized, and the TCM superior treatment lacks a system, which are the more prominent issues in this field. Therefor, it is significance to develop a TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for LDH based on high level evidence-based evidence. This guideline aims to provide guidance and reference about diagnosis and treatment of LDH for relevant clinicians and practitioners, and provide a scientific reference basis for the clinical precision prevention and treatment of this disease and the international promotion and application of superior TCM treatments. |
