证据分级方法: 在本指南的制订过程中,我们将运用GRADE工具对干预性系统评价中检索和综合的证据进行质量评价,形成并报告推荐意见,证据质量分为高、中、低以及极低。采用CERQual方法对质性研究系统评价进行证据评价,并对推荐意见进行分级。应用AMSTAR(Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews)对系统评价和Meta分析的方法学质量进行评价。应用AGREEII对纳入的指南进行质量评价。
Evidence grading method: During the development of this guide, we will use the grade tool to quality evaluation, formation and reporting advice on the intervention system evaluation, forming and reporting the recommended advice, the quality of the evidence is high, low, and very low. Evidence evaluations were used to evaluate quality research system using CERQUAL approach and graded the recommended opinion. The methodology quality of system evaluation and Meta analysis is evaluated by using AMSTAR (Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews). Apply AGREEII for quality evaluation of the included guidelines.

指南制订的目的: 妊娠和分娩过程往往存在着各种危及母胎健康和安全的风险。随着孕产妇知识水平和孕产理念的转变,亟需撰写正常分娩的孕产妇实践指南,以更好的配合正常分娩的处理,提高阴道分娩率。为此,急需结合临床实际情况及国内临床情境,制定正常分娩孕产妇实践指南,以期实现降低不良母婴结局发生率,为孕产妇提供科学、具体的指导,改善分娩结局,提高临床服务质量。
Purpose of the guideline: During pregnancy and childbirth, there are often various risks that endanger the health and safety of the mother and the fetus. As the knowledge level of pregnant women and the concept of pregnancy and childbirth change, there is an urgent need to write maternal practice guidelines for normal childbirth in order to better cooperate with the treatment of normal childbirth and increase the rate of vaginal delivery. For this reason, it is urgent to formulate a practice guide for pregnant women with normal childbirth based on the actual clinical situation and the domestic clinical situation, in order to reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and child outcomes, provide scientific and specific guidance for pregnant women, improve delivery outcomes, and improve the quality of clinical services.
