Purpose of the guideline: Fear of childbirth is defined as the anxiety and fear of pregnant women about health problems, including worrying about the pain of childbirth and actively requesting cesarean section, postpartum complications, nightmares, poor mental state, etc., which are very harmful to the pregnant woman and the fetus. In this guideline, through the evaluation of childbirth fears, influencing factors and coping strategies, standardized and targeted guidelines will be formulated. It is aiming to provide evidence-based clinically for reducing maternal unhealthy emotions, reducing the rate of cesarean section, and promoting maternal and infant health.
