Purpose of the guideline: Although the number of acupuncture papers is increasing year by year, the production, use, dissemination and evaluation of acupuncture evidence are still facing great challenges. There are some problems in acupuncture randomized controlled trials, such as false randomization, non use of blind method, lack of method reports and vague statistical analysis, which lead to low credibility of evidence. It is necessary to create an acupuncture evidence ecosystem, solve the waste of evidence resources, and realize the effective transformation of evidence, so as to better realize the public health right and reduce the waste of medical resources.
