| Purpose of the guideline： | Off-label drug use in ophthalmology is widespread in different medical institutions in China. However, there are only scattered studies evaluating its effectiveness and safety, and no unified conclusion has been reached yet. We plan to systematically evaluate the rationality of current off-label drug use in domestic medical institutions in order to develop evidence-based evaluation guidelines for off-label drug use in ophthalmology in China, so as to provide evidence support for rational drug use in ophthalmology and promote safe and correct drug use. |
