指南制订的目的: 随着全民体育运动的发展,跟腱断裂的发病率逐年增加,给社会经济造成沉重负担。近年来国内外学者们对跟腱断裂的认识不断进步,诊疗手段也不断提高,然而对跟腱断裂的最佳诊疗方法仍存在很多争议,给临床工作带来很大困扰。对此,中华医学会骨科学分会创伤骨科学组、中华医学会骨科学分会外固定与肢体重建学组、国家骨科与运动康复临床研究中心依据循证医学方法制定了本指南,力争全面分析总结当前研究成果,为跟腱断裂诊疗的临床实践提供有价值的参考信息。
Purpose of the guideline: With the development of the national sports, the incidence rate of Achilles tendon rupture has increased year by year, which has caused heavy burden on the social economy. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made continuous progress in the understanding of Achilles tendon rupture, and the diagnosis and treatment methods have also been improved. However, there are still many controversies about the best diagnosis and treatment method of Achilles tendon rupture, which brings great trouble to clinical work. In this regard, [Group of Trauma Orthopaedics, Chinese Orthopaedic Association], [Group of External Fixation and Limb Reconstruction, Chinese Orthopaedic Association], and [National Clinical Research Center for Orthopedics, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitationhave] formulated this guideline based on the evidence-based medicine method, striving to comprehensively analyze and summarize the current research results, so as to provide valuable reference information for the clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment of Achilles tendon rupture.
