| Purpose of the guideline： | At present, great progress has been made in the mechanism research and new drug development of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV). Many drug therapies have been recommended by domestic and foreign authoritative guidelines for the prevention or control of CINV, but the adherence to the guidelines in domestic and foreign clinical practice is still unsatisfactory.In order to further promote the rational and standardized drug prevention and treatment of CINV, effectively reduce the occurrence of CINV, improve the quality of life of patients, and ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy, this guideline is formulated. |
